Metal degreasing equipment (high temperature carbonization degreasing furnace, ultrasonic spray degreasing cleaning machine).

● Metal degreasing equipment selection: Ultrasonic spray degreasing cleaning machine is used for oil stains that are suitable for cleaning with organic solvents or industrial degreasing agents. This cleaning method will produce waste oil or organic wastewater.
● High temperature carbonization degreasing furnace can remove all oil stains, and it must be equipped with electrostatic oil collectors and activated carbon adsorption and other flue gas treatment and environmental protection equipment. This process does not produce wastewater, and the remaining oil on the metal surface is carbonized and needs to be removed by shot blasting or sand blasting.

Post-processing production line [mesh belt (plate chain) passivation closed line, gantry type passivation closed line, catenary type passivation closed line, suspended rail type passivation closed line]

● Selection of post-processing production line:
1、For small parts post-processing, choose mesh belt (plate chain) passivation closed line, and for small parts post-processing with centrifugal requirements, choose gantry type passivation closed line.
2、For large parts post-processing, choose catenary type passivation closed line, and for those with complex process requirements and difficult time unification, choose suspended rail type passivation closed line).
